Do you have women in your life that you look up? I’m talking women who have started from the bottom and have worked their hearts out to get to where they are now. I’m talking women you see as role models, women who inspire you to dream big, women who encourage you to put your heart and soul into whatever that vision of yours is.
Who is that woman for you? Because, I can guarantee that a woman who is successful in what she does is a woman with a game plan, a woman who sets goals for herself, who pushes herself harder than anyone else pushes her in her life.
Are you desiring to leave a legacy? Are you longing to see yourself reach your own goals and become a woman others look up to? It starts with the small decisions, my friend. It starts with choosing daily to set your focus on the end result and do the hard things to get to where you want to be.
It starts with a routine that is sure to guarantee success.
No one can root you on 24/7. Only you can do that! It becomes a mental challenge of choosing to turn away the negative thoughts of “I can’t” and replace them constantly with an “I will”! Sometimes being your biggest fan means giving yourself pep talks throughout those moments of struggle. YOU be the one to remind yourself of who you are and what you’re capable of. YOU be the one who believes in yourself more than anyone else. YOU be your greatest cheerleader throughout every single day and watch yourself, little by little, being achieving those goals and becoming a woman of success.
Waking up to a day filled with to do lists, goals and aspirations is not going to just magically happen. Someone has to sit down and take the time to plan those out, write those down, get the calendar organized and have the to do lists ready. This means preparing the night before for the tomorrow you want to have! A successful woman is someone who plans well in advance and thinks things out strategically to put together a game plan as her way of reaching her goals! Before you go to bed each night, get you some hot tea, snuggle up in your bed with your calendar and plan for the day ahead. Have your to do lists ready, whether that be to call so many leads or train for so many hours, know exactly what you’re going to do to get to where you want to go! SUCCESS IS BEING PREPARED WELL IN ADVANCE FOR TOMORROW!
Before you jump into the craziness of your day, take some time for yourself. Even if this is just 15 minutes to allow yourself to mentally arrive for the day ahead, make you a cup of coffee, enjoy watching the news or a favorite morning show, put on your favorite music and allow yourself time to step into your day re-charged. I would also suggest making it a habit to get up at the same time every morning. Begin programming your body to get up at the same time so that you are more effective in your day as you give yourself the same amount of time each morning to get things done.
How much of our time is wasted throughout our day on things that, in the long run, just don’t matter? What are major time wasters for you? Is it social media? Is it the constant scrolling? Is it t.v.? Pinterest? What gets you so locked in that leaves you wasting so much precious time? If you want to accomplish goals, sacrifice is a MUST. In fact, it’s the women who choose to daily sacrifice their time who are the ones reaching their goals. They are laying down time wasters and pushing themselves to knock things out on those to do lists. They are encouraging themselves along the way to just go on more step, to just reach one more person, to just sell one more product. Success is choosing to use your time SO WISELY.
What would you add to this list if you could add just one more thing? What patterns do you see in women you look up to that are obvious stand outs to them being where they are? I challenge you to observe those you aspire to be like and DO WHAT THEY DO!
I have no doubt in my mind that if you cheer yourself on, prepare in advance, wake up with purpose and get a grip on managing your precious time, you WILL be successful and begin to see your dreams come to life!
It’s not just a dream…it’s a process!
